First ever blog post !

Hi. Welcome to my little hefty hideaway. 

As you can gather by my blog name this is my space on the internet where I am going to ramble about my life, weight, secrets and gossip. No rules. I'll blog when I like about what I like and it'll be like myself and this blank space in the world wide web will be best friends. 

I am excited by the prospect of keeping my small space incognito, because, well everybody loves a bit of a mystery don't they. So there will be no major specifics about myself... for now. 

That doesn't mean any of you wonderful web space sharers won't get to know me, I am a real person, I laugh, I cry, I dance around my bedroom naked of a morning, just like a normal girl... there's your first little inkling, I am in fact of the female variety. Ooer. 

So hefty, why hefty? Well let's delve into a dictionary for a second and see.. 

I don't think I can hide the fact I am a fatter person than most. I am a UK size 18 and shrinking by the year.... ish.. 

I gave birth in 2010 at my heaviest of nearly 18 stone and between then and now, so erm, 4 years. I have gotten down into the 14 stone bracket. Huzzah! 

However according to my lovely, yet highly intimidating and stern doctor, I am still obese and need to lose another 5/6 stone as I am also a short fatty at 5ft3. NOW I can not imagine myself at 8 stone but I personally would be happy in the 10s, regardless of what my doctor lady says. 

So quite a long way to go. 

So that's my name explained and nice first post to publish into the big bad internet world. Ooosh scary stuff. 

Off to set myself up a twitter account and get myself out there.
